• If an item is on backorder, we will contact you via email.
• Signature Confirmation: All orders require a signature upon delivery for your peace of mind.

Holidays are not counted as business days, so please factor this into your estimated shipping time. We rely on USPS to deliver your package promptly and as scheduled, and you have our full commitment to ensuring your satisfaction.

USPS (united states postal service) Priority mail 1-3 business days once package
PS (united states postal service) Priority mail 1-3 business days once package leavesBpurrfection for domestic packages and 1-2 weeks for international orders.
ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION ON DELIVERY.
* Once a package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or replacements will be sent out until further hearing from the shipping company.
